Black-Capped or Carolina??? Which Chick-a-dee is this. Photos taken in Central PA. Do you think this is a Black-Capped or Carolina Chick-A-Dee? I belie it is a Carolina, because the tail feathers are not that long. #chickadee #birds #birdwatching #birdfeeder #wildlifephotography
